Complete Auto Repair

After having just moved from the northside of Chicago, we were bummed about leaving our trusted mechanic. I found this business via google and due to proximity to our new home, called to make an appointment for brakes that were grinding loudly. I dropped my car off the next morning and received a call that afternoon explaining what needed to be done, what could potentially wait and the break down of cost. This auto repair shop is amazing. I was having problems with my power steering for my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu. Everything I needed fixed was not covered in my warranty. Kathy was able to pull some strings and fixed everything for my car at a reasonable price. She kept her word all the way through and therefore I'm a happy customer. I got my throttle body fixed by them last year and I received great service than as well.

I really would like to show my appreciation to Kathy and all the techs. They were amazing and helped me out with my warranty company. After going to Levin in highland and them telling me since I was close to 30 days of my 30 day warranty, that nothing would be covered, Kathy proved them wrong!! Thank you so much for all your help!
