My mother and I were on our way from Kansas to Michigan when our Ford Edge’s brakes went out. We were able to get an appointment last minute with turnaround in less than two hours. It was the best case scenario in a bad situation and we were very lucky and thankful to walk into USA muffler & brakes (thanks to the recommendation of an Autozone employee) ! Service: Brakes
I will NEVER come back again! After spending so much money on my car, they still didn't fix my car right. A car that I just fixed yesterday is still having the same problem I just paid so much money on to fix. I wish I could give them zero start!
Mark at USA and the team is awesome. Had quite a bit of work done on Thursday, 9/14/23 after having my car towed in. Most importantly the price was lower than expected. They even did a few things that wasn’t originally requested at no extra charge. I am very pleased with the service received.
