Yeoman Service Center

This was my first visit due to the great reviews. The workers are very friendly and they send pics of services that are needed. I gave 3 stars because I paid for a complete diagnostic. When I dropped my car off, I informed that only one of the dome lights was working and requested a bulb. I was also informed that my oil was great and didn't need to be changed. After 2 days, when I picked my car up, both dome lights were not working, and the wrench light was on. When I contacted the shop, they told me to bring it in for an oil change, and they would take a look at my interior lights. I was very disappointed, but they contacted me and fixed my light after reading my review. That is why they now have 4 stars. I appreciate the follow-up.

Called in for an estimate on a repair. Problem already diagnosed and I need a new flex plate and they wouldn't tell me how much it would cost over the phone. Don't waste your time with these guys. They just want to get you in there to charge you money to look over your vehicle before they actually tell you how much it's going to cost to repair it.

All staff were friendly to me & to other customers while I waited for my car to be done. Ron completed the maintenance efficiently & thoroughly. Great service at a reasonable price! Highly recommend! Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change
