Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

For a simple brake job, they wanted to charge me almost $600. Pads and rotors on a newer vehicle. The parts cost $150, even with a 33%markup it will still only be $200. So that would be almost $400 in shop supplies and labor. So charging somebody for over 3 hours in labor for a job that literally took me an hour to do myself. Is that even legal? What a ripoff. "We need to inspect it first to give you a more accurate price" which translates to "We need to see what else we can charge you for"

Needed rear brakes replaced and an oil change. I had two stripped lug nuts from the previous shop that rotated my tires. The job took longer than planned due to the lug nuts and even thought they closed at 4, they stayed until after 6 to ensure that I was able to get back on the road the same day. Communication was great. They truly went above and beyond for us!! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Had a wonderful experience We live 12hrs away stopping through Fort Wayne. Went to several places and no one could help us. Found tuffy and they got us right In and Checked everything and price was awesome. Just wanted to say thank you
