Excellent service all around! Tim and his crew were very responsive in setting up my appointment and keeping me informed on what was needed to fix my car’s brakes.They took their time to ensure everything was ready to drive, including doing their own test drive before handing back my keys. Ohmigosh! Amazing customer service!! We had an ordeal on Memorial Day when we tried to pick up a U-Haul trailer and discovered that the rusted hitch on our old truck was too small. We called Tuffy and they squeezed us in immediately and worked hard to get the old rusted on hitch removed for us… it was a process. The employees were so helpful and so nice and they didn’t charge us- instead, they thanked my husband for being a vet and sent us on our way! Thank you SO much Tuffy!! You saved the day!!!
