Called in about my air not blowing in my '06 Escalade. Rich said he could take a look at it same day. Dropped it off around lunch, received the diagnostic call and had the repair finished; and it was all able to be done in the same afternoon! Great service! Quick work! Fair pricing! Honest recommendations! Will definitely be back next time I'm facing any needed auto repair. 10/10 would recommend and will return
In a world where car repair shops give subpar work, R&L rises WAY above the rest. My car was repaired in reasonable timeframe and they updated me every step of the way. Fingers crossed I won’t need any major repairs anytime soon, but I know where I will go if needed.
They had my car for less than 14 hours & already had the diagnosis and parts ordered. I was able to get my car back before they even had it for a full day and it was less than half of what other mechanics quoted me. I will never be going anywhere else
