I live three hours away and I was passing through the area for work when my BMW began to make a strange noise. I took it to other garages nearby and they were unable to pinpoint the issue. Had to have a tire plugged. Went inside they were pretty busy but the employees were all doing their part I appreciated. I worked with Dewayne, stand up guy, very genuine and honest... and on time! I highly recommend people there n especially to Dewayne. Thank you!

My car was going to break down, ball joints or bearings. I did a Google search for "free vehicle inspection." Patriot tire had it on the website! Walked in and waited about half an hour. Got our diagnosis. Pretty much was what I thought it was. They pulled the car around and the gentleman helping me said, "hey that's going to be 20 dollars." It came out as rude. I showed him patriot tire website and he got more upset. I ended up getting it for free, but we felt belittled. They do have a restroom and it is handicap friendly I suppose.
