If I could post and rate without any (rating 0) stars I would. JTS is not what it used to be. They are now overpriced and neglectful. I advise anyone to utilize a different repair shop. Values and integrity are important and it is quite apparent that the new owners lack these attributes. There were 3 failures or mistakes made on their part. When you pay this amount of money (which is insane, even with the so-called discount) to just fail to inform a client of repairs needed, the other two details were minimal. But if they failed to do several services that you paid for, you start questioning if they even completed what you paid for. Even after calling them and informing them of why I had a problem. All they said was we all make mistakes. They didn’t even ask me for my name, to find out which tech did the service to correct the issue. Very unethical and do not know how to run a business. The manager was supposedly on vacation but the worker also didn’t offer to take my information down

I took my car in to get an oil change and have them look at why my car was making weird noises when I hit my brakes. They said they didn’t see or hear anything wrong with my car. I wasn’t convinced, so I had a family member take a look, and he said it was clear my brakes needed replaced badly. I took it to another mechanic and they confirmed my brakes needed replaced and it also had a very loose ball joint… ???? I’m not sure why exactly JTS missed it, but it’s just concerning that they missed something 2 other people saw right away and that could’ve resulted in a serious accident had it not been fixed. ???? Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change
