I like Fox and Fox. The staff and the mechanics do a good job. I think the prices are fair. I was slightly disappointed with my last visit. I went in for an alignment I got a two-wheel alignment when I was expecting a four-wheel alignment and noted on my paperwork was a clunk or noise in the front end. I feel the technician should have tried to sell a repair for the noise in the front end. I would have paid to have that annoying clunk diagnosed and repaired. I was hoping that the alignment itself would have fixed the clunk and the tightening of the suspension components would have fixed the clunk. It did not but nothing was said to me about possible repairs. They should have tried to upsell and obvious front suspension noise especially since they were already doing an alignment.

Beware! my BMW X5 had a minor issue it was slow coming out of park most likely a sensor. Took for a simple diagnostic, after 3 days and calling them I was told they needed additional days and $150 for advanced electrical testing point to point, I agreed over the phone. 9 days after taking for diagnostic I was told it was ready upon picking it for and the bill over $1200 I drove less than one block and it locked up. the dealer towed it and the estimate to FIX what FOX & FOX broke was $9855.98. The OWNER mr. Fox spoke to me and offer 50% off original estimate or $25. DO NO USE!!
