My car was completed exactly when they estimated it would be and the repair was flawless. The car was clean both inside and out & the seats covered in plastic to protect them. But best of all, an employee personally drove me to the rental car place in her vehicle when they couldn’t reach the rental car place to deliver my rental. The employees are so helpful and bend over backwards to do a great job. We’ve already scheduled a repair on a second vehicle. I would 100% recommend Arrow to anyone needing body repair to their car! I am just starting the process of using Arrow following an accident. They quickly got me in for for an estimate! During the estimate they were professional, kind and attentive. I am needing to wait for a period of time before my appointment however I will gladly wait! The best part…. I was nervous about getting parts due to the model of the truck however Donna check on this now and quickly followed up with me!! Now that is excellent customer service (anticipating the need of a customer) I can’t wait to follow up my review with the work completed (March). Again I won’t go anywhere else!
