They have had my vehicle since Monday. I was told it would be done "possibly Wednesday, no later than Thursday". Apparently that was actually code for "we might give it back Friday, might keep it for the weekend. Who knows?" Honestly, you'd think that if you were going to gouge someone on price, you'd at least do the work in a reasonable amount of time. Service: Brake service & repair
They had extremely fair prices that came in under the competition by $1000+. They were knowledgeable and completed the job very quickly. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Service: Auto water leak repair
I had a very easy experiment going to The Answer. They diagnosed and I wanted to pay in cash so I had to wait to save. I came back three weeks later and scheduled repairs to my car that needed a water pump, radiator and thermostat. Yikes! They repaired it within a day!! I really recommend them.
