I had a scheduled appointment. When I arrived; I was greeted and vehicle was moved to bay area and work started on my vehicle immediately. I was in and out.
I called needing new brake pads and they got me in right away that day. Staff were nice and I was ready to go in a little over an hour!
Convenient service if you need tires fast. The older gentleman at counter did a decent job in communicating but furthermore you most likely will leave with a repair and confused of how the mechanic has a job there, he's young, rude, and doesn't take responsibility for his errors, and he will break your sensors and leave tires way over inflated do not go to pep boys on Sunday if you can avoid it.
