Muensterman's Auto Services

I usually don't post on Google review, but this was a must for me. My daughter goes to UE and had some car problems. I do not live in area, but was in town to see her. I got a referral from a waitress at a local coffee shop to use Muensterman's. I called the shop and Mark helped me get the car repaired and the cost was less than he quoted. Mark was upfront and honest... Great Service and Honest People. Would recommend them to anyone.... Thanks Mark..............

Had a great experience with this business. I called in to setup an appointment and they were very patient and helpful over the phone. When I brought my car in they had excellent customer service and even remembered my name which made me feel valued as a customer. They were fast to inspect my car and call be back with updates. This place is fantastic. Definitely coming back here for any car issues I have in the future.

I have always highly recommended this shop, however I won’t anymore. I called and spoke with a man who took all of the information about my daughters car and what the problem is. He scheduled a time for me to bing it in for 4 days out. Then the next day called and asked the same questions about the car and said that he changed his mind and didn’t want to mess with it because it would take too long. We are now taking to to Full Throttle.
