Wayne and David were great, I was assured my jeep would handle anything after updating the exhaust. The next day the engine broke. A diagnostic was done, but I guess they missed that. Also they claimed to pass people on the interstate in my jeep, though it wouldn't go past 50 mph, 60 after the upgrade, so I think that was a lie.
Damian and the Midas staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and easy to work with. They explained to me the issues with my Silverado and how they would go about fixing them. Hands down the best service a traveler could have with mechanical problems. We were 4 hours from home when our Jeep Grand Cherokee started having mechanical issues. It was a diagnostic challenge and the team did not give up. When we were 5 miles from home, we got a call from Wayne, the Manager checking on us to assure we were able to make it home safely. In this day and age it is unbelievable to get such incredible service from a company. Hats off to Wayne and his entire crew at Midas in Evansville IN. Thank you so much!
