From the moment I drove up I could not believe how everyone came together and provided me the best service ever!!! They are so efficient!! Made suggestions to improve my vehicle's performance. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for the BEST SERVICE AND SERVICE TEAM IN EVANSVILLE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I OFFERED TO TREAT THE TEAM TO PIZZA FROM SPANKY's. BEWARE PARENTS!!!! My 16 year old son went in to get an oil change & top off his coolant. In my opinion they took advantage him & talked him in to services he did not need totaling $429!!! Services were performed without my son even being told the cost!!! He received a power steering flush, front & back differential flush, & coolant flush on a Jeep drove back & forth to high school & his job as a lifeguard. It has NOT been rode hard!!! It has 43K miles! To be fair they admit the coolant should not have been flushed. It’s not due until 150K miles!!! So their compromise was to give my son the $97 for that. He makes $11.50/hr at his part time job! Don’t know how they can sleep at night ripping off a teenager for $300!!! Anyone else have their power steering or or differential flushed at 43K miles? The answer is NO! Me either. Never ever have! His user manual says he didn’t need it. BECAUSE HE DID NOT NEED ANY OF IT!!!! Reporting to the BBB!!! BEWARE PARENTS!!! Service: Oil change

I’ve been going to Lucas Oil to get my oil changed for a few years now. They’re always professional and quick! My experience yesterday at the West side location made me want to leave a review. The women at the front desk was very professional when checking us in. A few minutes into our wait I realized I was in need of a tampon. I asked the women at the front desk if they sold any and she said no but was kind enough to get one out of her car for me. About halfway into our wait the man working on my car, named Josh, came in and gave us an update. He was very detailed and was willing to answer all of my questions. He even helped me understand an issue with my car that no one else had been able to. Thank you Lucas Oil employees! Service: Oil change
