Goodyear Auto Service – Raben Tire

Simple rotate and balance 4 tires. They tried removing my brake drums and were unsuccessful. Upon doing so, they have created a brake noise. Now I must return for inspection and resolve. I did not authorize brake inspection, they say it's the law. If they can't remove a brake drum, they will not be working on my brakes. They did a good job on the tires and balance. Robert

Well mechanically it was good, but when I got over there, there was a glitch with computer they seem to hold things up right a while

The one on Green River road. They won't even touch my 2005 Sion XB. I have to go somewhere else to get work done on my car. And that's pretty sad you know. And I have a good year credit card with them. And they still won't touch my car. Cause every time I go there. I get told by a worker that I need to go somewhere else. Closer to home It's because my car is too old and they don't want to be liable to touch in it. I need suspension work I need brake works, engine flash, and new oil but they said they can't do any of that and since I don't have only Em stock wheels on my car I have aftermarket wills. They won't get tires for my car.
