Firestone Complete Auto Care

I visited the first ave location today for a full alignment on my vehicle because I had just bought new tires and wanted to make sure everything way aligned properly. Prior to the alignment the vehicle drove straight and did not pull to the left or the right and the steering wheel was straight. After the alignment, the vehicle was pulling to the right and the steering wheel was crooked when trying to drive straight. I immediately took it back and told them and was told they didn't have time to look at it today and would have to bring it back tomorrow. When I take a vehicle to a certified shop, I expect things to be done right the first time and at the VERY least, I expect them to be willing to address it promptly and not require me to make an additional appointment so they can fix their mistakes. Also wanted to add that they didn't apologize for their mistakes or for the inconvenience of having to bring my car back another day for a second apointment. This was so frustrating because

I would have given zero stars if it was available. We were there (Firestone, First Ave) late yesterday afternoon needing air in a new riding lawnmower tire. They refused and we were told they don't do that. It only takes a few minutes and an air compressor! We ended up going to RABEN Midtown. RABEN was extremely kind and helpful and immediately put air in the tire for us. RABEN didn't even charge us! We have always done business with RABEN Midtown in the past and their Customer Service continues to be rock solid. It matters! RABEN treats their customers kindly, they CARE, and were willing to help us. Firestone you were unbelievably horrible to these senior citizens yesterday. We will never return for business. A small thing, a nice attitude, kindness, and a willing attitude, goes a long way for future business! If you can help someone, why not!!!!

The lady that helped me (Destiny) was very nice and professional! She did a great job and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! I will definitely go there in the future and recommend this location because of her! Services: Tires, Brakes
