D-Patrick Collision repaired front end damage on my Ford Fusion. It took some time for them to get the parts, but with all the supply chain issues that is to be expected. Once I got my car in for repair it was done within two days. They even let me pick it up after hours. The work performed was excellent. As a pleasant surprise they also detailed my car inside and out. I could not be happier with their work and highly recommend. Service: Body & Trim
D Patrick Collision repaired a small damage to underside of car. Very pleased with the estimate, the prompt repair, the excellent condition of the car -- cleaned inside and out .-- looked beautiful when we picked it up.. They were polite, below all other estimates, called the vehicle in early for repair, and answered all out questions. We have used their services two times and pleased both times. Highly recommend you consider D Patrick Collision for your fender bender repair. Hope we never have to go back but if we need them, they will be top of the list!!!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Honestly, maybe I shouldn't review yet because the car isn't done (still), but they have held my boyfriend's car in for 2 weeks to fix something they said would take about 3 days. They were replacing the rear bumper and a few pieces of the trunk. This is AFTER taking it in initially, holding it for several days, returning the car saying parts needed to be ordered (and leaving the trunk simply strapped down shut), and making us wait 2 entire months for them. The car was first taken in in early to mid-March. I am writing this at 4 PM on the 12th of May, a Friday- and because they close weekends, I have no doubt the car could end up taking an additional week (or a few months again). The car was taken in to have said new parts put on on the 1st of May. I have never encountered a slower mechanic in my life. If you need your car to get to work and choose to have it repaired here, pray that you've saved enough to retire and have written your will.
