I wanted to get a nail out of my tire and they said my tire was too worn out. My neighbor put a plug in it. I gave him $10 for his trouble. It's bad when you do business with a place for years and they won't help you because they want to sell you a tire. Customer service isn't what it used to be.
They take great care of me. I go there for my oil changes regularly. My check engine light came on and they got me in quickly. They discovered the problem was caused by a mistake made at the dealership, fixed it on the spot, and didn't even charge me. It made my day. :)
Went in for an alignment and I mean I am a woman, so honestly I would have liked it better if someone would have told me I'd be there up to 2 hours which didn't include the wait time. Otherwise, they seemed like a good place, and the truck seems to drive better, just still needs other work
