T.A.P. Automotive Clarksville

I normally do not leave reviews, however I was so impressed by the service I received when I brought my truck to T.A.P. Automotive that I thought I would take a moment to write about it. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The team at T.A.P. was friendly and flexible. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and covered my options with me. I took it in to have all fluids replaced and they did a great job servicing my vehicle. They replaced all of my fluids and when they noticed a few minor issues, brought them to my attention in a professional manner. They explained my service options and were still able to have my vehicle completed on time. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle I spoke with both the owner and the mechanic that performed the work on my vehicle. I feel they offered an honest and fair assessment of my vehicle's overall condition and we discussed also discussed my future wants and needs. As a female, I hate going to any auto-shops where it’s easy to take advantage of someone who knows literally nothing about the subject of cars. Tate and his crew have worked on my car twice now and I won’t be going anywhere else! I know they are loyal, genuine, and have integrity when it comes to doing maintenance on my vehicle. My car was ready before I even expected it to be! 100/10!!! Services: Oil change, Vehicle safety inspection, General repairs & maintenance

I love this shop. The owner Tate is a very nice and honest man. The mechanics do a great job at a decent rate. I've been to other shops that charge you more for a bad job so you have to go back. Don't spend your time and money anywhere else, I highly recommend TAP automotive. They recently fixed my a/c and power steering. Service: General repairs & maintenance
