Took my truck in for a leaky wheel. They said they fixed the wheel's valve stem. Through their inspection, they said I needed my brake pads replaced and quoted me around 450. I've done brakes in the past before so I figured I would do it myself. Ordered new pads on rock auto and took my wheels off, only to discover my pads still had about 50-60% life left. On top of that, my back wheel is still leaking, I'm not certain there was a "valve stem" issue. I would suggest not trusting this shop and going elsewhere, like Christian Brothers.

I just don't understand the lack of Common Sense over here. My first time coming here I brought my fiance's Toyota in for a tire repair. They tried to charge me. I had to argue with them about their own tire warranty and that it should be free. Of course they honored it. But only after I had to argue. So I thought that was a little fishy. For some reason I decided to come back for an oil change. I got a coupon in the mail. I made an appointment several days in advance. Let them know that I would be waiting on it and not dropping off. When I showed up they told me it would be several hours and tried to schedule me for the next day. I had already driven 20 minutes to this location for the oil change. Their lack of courtesy by not calling me and telling me that they don't have time to do it today was unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague. You will be sorely disappointed if you shop here

New management. I was disappointed with the service I received at this location previously. I brought my jeep in recently to remove a screw from the tire and the team fixed it in 20 minutes! This location has a new team who are great.
