Tom Cherry Muffler

The number one concern when looking for a mechanic is to find someone who is CAPABLE, HONEST and FAIR. Look no further. Tom Cherry is under new ownership, and the new owners are absolutely fantastic! They do much more than just mufflers and exhaust issues. I took my 13 year old Ford Taurus to them for what I thought was brakes and sway bars. They did a thorough inspection and found a laundry list of issues with the car, which was not shocking since the car has over 200K miles. They quoted me what I thought was a fair price. After starting the work, they found some DANGEROUS issues with the car, so dangerous that they couldn't take it out for a test drive. I don't know car lingo, but after the repair they showed me one of the broken parts. Where there should have been a ball joint, but there was no ball. It was being held together by a piece of rubber.
