Every time I go to Strickland Brothers in Bloomington I’m very happy with the care I get there! They have inflated many flat tires (I have a very annoying leak haha), changed oil, ran cleaners when it had sludge, changed head and break lights, and are always friendly and greet you with water! It’s really nice not needing to get 3 young kids out of the car too! Would highly recommend! Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Techs never come and talk to you. Are you next in line? Don’t know? Well they will leave you sitting outside forever with not so much as a hello. They do not greet you, tell you how long for your service, or tell you where to pull up. The techs do this hoping you will drive away from the lack of communication. I’ve done it multiple times. Many other shops greet their customers and tell them where to pull. They usually only have 1 tech which means your oil change will not be anywhere close to 10 minutes. If you do stick around with no communication they will eventually, begrudgingly, perform your service. I love these services but this team is just bad. I would watch this location and ensure they are following your standards and not running your name into the ground. Service: Oil change
