I brought my car in for a quick repair and even though some issues came up that made it take longer than expected, my service advisor Justin was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure it wasn't an inconvenience for me. It's honestly probably the best experience I've had at a dealership.
I love Royal on the East side in Bloomington. If I am treated fairly I will remain loyal to a business. They are OUTSTANDING and I will continue to go to them for everything I need to keep my 2019 Jetta S up to date on all maintenance. They really have taken care of me.
Have been getting my car serviced at this dealership for 5 years now exceptional customer service. The pantry offerings have reduced though over the years :)
