I was traveling through town the other day and my transmission failed. Mike and the crew at QC treated me like a long time customer even though they knew I would most likely never be back. I'm giving this shop a 5 star simply from the conversation I had with the owner. Mike was a sharp guy and definitely knew what he was talking about with this particular car's transmission. He helped do some general troubleshooting to confirm the issue and gave me some ball park estimates too. If I do have the work done, it'll be done at this shop.
