Took my truck in for a check engine light and when I picked the truck up, the check engine light was still on. The team at pomps did find $1300 of other repairs needed but frustrated that my main concern was not resolved. Had previously had good experiences but will not be returning after this most recent visit. Update: I had some follow up visits after my initial visit with pomps, and they did a great job in resolving any issues I had, and taking care of my complaints. This has restored my confidence in pomps, and I am happy with the results.
I’ve been a loyal customer for eight years. Best service from top to bottom i’ve had in Bloomington. Honest, highly skilled mechanics. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I went in to get a tire and rim replaced. They ordered the rim and I will go back when they get it. Very professional and nice. Would recommend them I will go back for tire needs in the future.
