Perfection Auto Glass

Perfection was recommended by a family member. They did a good job with installation and seemed reasonable on price. A lot less than what I thought I was going to have to pay before I set up the appointment. It took about an hour and forty-five minutes on my '17 Pacifica, which was longer than I expected but we got a good walk in while we waited. They do have a waiting area and wifi too for your wait.

Amazed is an understatement! I had reached out at 9:30am to see if they could replace my cracked windshield for my Jeep Wrangler. By 10:00 am my car was in the shop and by 11:00am my Jeep was ready to be picked up. If my windshield cracks again (and it probably will because it’s a Jeep) I’ll be coming back here. 100% recommend! Brandon, Delilah, and the front desk lady were all kind and went above and beyond!

I went in for a water leak repair and they ended up selling me on a new windshield. They claimed it was my trucks fault with a silicone patch near the windshield on the A pillar as the culprit. Really it was their fault for screwing me over so much! I have never been so disrespected by a company before!!! Not only did they not fix my original problem of a water leak, but they made fun of my vehicle. All the while they kept dipping into popsicles and various frozen treats from the freezer behind the counter. This is while I sat waiting for them to "perfectly" fix my leak, like their name implies. Sadly their work was FAR from "perfect" as they ruined my 20 year old headliner. They were extremely disrespectful to me and my vehicle, and DID NOT fix my original problem! Instead they sold me on something else because I thought they were trying to help me. Something I truly DID NOT need! My cab still leaks as I'm now unable to trust any service to fix my leak.
