The gentleman who checked in my vehicle was someone who built rapport and engaged me in the process. He called me with the needed repairs and secured my agreement and approval. The guys here are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward. Took my truck in for an oil change after having had it at the dealership for a recall for my tailgate and they caught an issue that the dealership (while doing a supposed 15 point inspection/fluid check, whole 9 yards) did not catch or just didn't tell me about because they didn't actually DO a full inspection that I was charged for. I'll be using this store for my future oil changes and tune-up.
