Ken's Westside Service & Towing

I would not recommend Ken’s Westside service. While their towing was excellent, the service repairs were not. Ken’s failed to fix the necessary repairs. They returned my vehicle to me on three separate occasions claiming they had addressed the problem but I broke down on the drive home from the service shop on three instances and had to be towed back. Ultimately, I took my car to a different repair shop after the their third failed attempt to fix my car. However, Ken’s did handle compensation properly.

If you want to pay much more then what you’re expected to then go to this place. I simply needed to get my car towed and all was fine until my car was impounded. The towing company failed to take the car to the repair shop because they weren’t able to find the car. After calling them, they explained how they had sent two trucks out to pick the car up and neither found it. They did not ask for the license plate or vin number to verify. Now I have to pay 250 to get my car out of the impound lot and on top of that get it towed to the shop. WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!! Service: Car towing
