I have never been treated with less respect in my four years living in Bloomington. The service was fine however, the man that came to jump my car was extremely rude. Reached over me in the car, completely violating my personal space. Did not say hello, just started my car and demanded money. Not friendly and will never be using this service again! Use Ken’s if you enjoy being scammed out of your money. I called and was quoted 125$ to pull my car out of a ditch with the wench. The driver hooked up his chain and pulled me out and then I was informed the bill was 360$. Considering the job took about 15mins to complete after he arrived an hour after I called in, I was clearly up charged for no additional services. I recommend doing business with any other company if you want to hold onto your money.
