Chandler Automotive & Towing

This company is a complete scam. I was parked right in front of my apartment (WITH A PARKING PASS) when my car alarm started going off at 6 am. When I called to inform them that I DID have a parking pass and they wrongfully towed my car, Ashley was incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was a child. After four hours of trying to get my car back (without having to pay the $160 requested), my landlord finally convinced them to give me my car back. I received no apology upon my arrival. This company is by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful of all the towing companies. Considering I had a parking pass and was still told to come pick up my car and bring $160? SCAM. I hope Ashley sees this and takes it to heart. Your lack of kindness is disgusting. Service: Car towing

My experience with them was positive. Good customer service, fair price. My daughter's car needed work and she as a college student and me being an out of town parent, they handled things very well. Thanks!

I got in a car accident and this is the tow company that showed up. The driver that showed up was very polite and concerned about if everyone was okay. My 7 year old was visibly upset and the tow truck driver asked if he would like to check out the tow truck to help calm him down.
