Every time I'm in this store they make me feel inferior. ???? I had an alternator go out fixed it, my belt was bad so it flew off a few days later. Went to get the replacement and the individual with a Hansen haircut impatiently gave me a serpentine belt for at least 8 pulleys. I have 4. Not sure how he even pulled it up for my vehicle as the website even said it wasn't for my vehicle. This guy wouldnt even make eye contact. The only reason you'll get 3 stars is because the next day, Chris the parts manager actually gave me the right one. He dealt with me in the most professional way and didn't treat me like I was an annoying female who knew nothing about what I was talking about. I put the serpentine belt on myself. I went here despite every guy at my autoshop telling me not to. I should've listened.

I was sitting at the front of the line while Alex C blatenly ignored me and almost helped another customer who was after me. He was quiet and non communicative. Had a uppedy look on his face as i was trying to get his attention politely, and still ignored me I also Heard employees talking in the back while I was waiting at the front for about 10 minutes to ring out a socket. Sorry but that's just unprofessional. I'll be going to o Riley next time. Alex. Don't work a job where you have to be social if your not going to be social to everyone.
