The work done on my car was decent. The lack of communication and extended time they had my vehicle was unacceptable.

These guys are great. I had an insurance claim that they were fixing. The driver's side tail light had been busted and the body was bent around the light housing. They were fixing it but there was an issue with the paint not curing in time because it had been raining for at least three days prior to the date they promised I could pick it up. Despite doing all the work inside their garage it was to humid and the paint wasn't curing right. On a Friday, they called me to tell me that I could pick the car up if I needed it but when I asked if it would be better for the paint to let the car sit over the weekend they told me that was not a bad idea. I went ahead and picked the vehicle up the next Monday and they had really gone the extra mile for me because their time estimate was wrong.....even though it was mostly the rain which (I don't think) they control.
