Where to start...my wife went in for an oil change and several hundred dollars later she leaves. Of course I was not able to be there or have time to look over things before she had already told them to fix what they said was needed. Also got a long list of things that they said need to be done or fixed for the next visit, not that there will be one. Seems to be typical like most dealerships or places of business that try to take advantage of people who don't know a lot about what they need to buy or get worked on. No way of telling if the work even actually got done either.
Oil change, tire rotation and rear differential fluid change. All done right the first time. Honda has great customer service and service tech's!!! I brought in a dirty car and left with a clean one. Can't get any better than that!!
Surprisingly, they fixed my car for free
