Just thought I needed an oil change but Tim figured out that at the last maintenance done on my Acura, which was not done at Pinnacle, the transmission fluid was not changed, tho it was supposed to have been. I was recommended to Pinnacle Automotive by several family members when my A/C went out in my car and my prior service center couldn’t get me in for almost two months. I was able to schedule an appointment with Pinnacle within a couple of days. Tim was great to work with. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and was very communicative throughout the process. We plan to return to Pinnacle for any future car service needs.

S550 4matic Mercedes Benz Went in for an inspection, oil/filter change, and some additional preventive care. Tim was very straightforward. He described the work he would complete, based on the inspection, and he gave me guidance on the things I should do in the future to ensure my car performs well and lasts a long time. He also provided me with knowledge about the history of common issues with my particular car model, and how he would address them, if needed. Tim won me over as a customer. My car rides excellent.
