B & D Import Car Repair

I run a mechanic shop and we could not figure out the issue with a particular bmw . Dealership stated they needed 1000 dollar down to figure out the issue . I dropped it off at Bens and he fixed the problem in couple hours and only cost us 250. Guy is a genius .

Please understand that this is not your typical business by any means. There is no name on the place, no receptionist or waiting area or anything of the sort. It's just a garage. Ben only answers the phone when he's there (no VM), and that with a simple "hello?". That said, this is quite possibly the BEST BMW/Mini repair shop in the United States of America. If your vehicle is under warranty and you don't have to pay, take it to the dealer if you must. For all other BMW or Mini work, go to B&D. No matter the year, make or model of your car/SUV, Ben's expertise of the BMW product is unmatched. I like first come first serve basis. People serving are extremely nice, incredibly respectful. You get first impression they know cars. Big plus for me. Dealt with at least 3 different reps in person and live. All pleasant. Family owned business... great follow-through, they say it, they do it. My friend and I will starting doing our routine milage checkups there from now on. Previous place like and trust, but weeks to months waiting to schedule specific work.
