Roberto has been providing vehicle service and general maintenance for my older parents’ cars for decades. Once we returned to this area, though, I was unreasonably (okay — stubbornly) certain I could find a better mechanic. Well. After two years of trial and error…and more error, I relented and took the Old Girl (the car; not the mother) to Roberto for a diagnostic. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. Roberto and his team are kind, fair, honest, and wholly different from any mechanic I’ve visited (with this same car) from coast to coast and everywhere in between. I highly recommend setting aside any concerns about “location location location”, refusing to judge a book (or mechanic) by its cover (or address), and getting your own Old Girl into Roberto’s ASAP.
