Larry and his crew have always been very fair and honest in every repair I have had done there. He will bend over backwards to get you back on the road. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. They will take care of you.
ABSOLUTELY HELPFUL!! I had looked at other local shops to repair an electrical problem and seemed to have been bothered by the fact that I even called for information. But Larry and the staff at Ripley's seemed much more willing to help with my problem and were transparent about their pricing. Definitely appreciate the honesty, willingness to assist and the quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
My last experience with them was horrible. I no longer recommend them. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was my questions to be answered and to be treated with respect but they made me feel embarrassed. Things were better when Larry was in charged. Please take your car somewhere else.
