Walmart Auto Care Centers

This place told me a half hour a place would be open that they could do my oil change I came in at a half hour to be told that I have to wait 5 1/2 hours to even be seen smmfh always have problems here just to hear a man has been waiting 2 1/2 hours with his truck in the bay for 3 tires and hasn't even been started on.i have a sick 78 yr old father bk home and can't be left alone to long given the fact his wife is sick to.....can't believe they just disregarded the way they told me n switched it up..

Severely understaffed but that seems to be the way of the world these days. Only one person on the register. He was always nowhere to be found or outside having a cigarette, leaving people to wait 5-10 min. They only had one technician on duty. I showed up top of the morning and still had a 2.5 hour wait to get my battery replaced.

Very slow service, but good prices. Came in the afternoon on a Monday. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to come help me. They estimated a 1 hour 15 minute wait. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
