Service King Collision Urbana (Now Crash Champions)

Just picked vehicle up from here and have to say...They did a fantastic job with my Genesis (see attached before and after). Finished the repairs very quickly (~1 week whereas expected was 3 weeks) from when the parts came in, kept me updated through phone calls in regards to status of repairs/painting/parts and were very nice people to work with. No issues between dealing with insurance company and here for repairs and in the end glad that USAA recommended this body shop. Also detailed car inside and out which is big plus. Absolutely incredible service. I needed my rear bumper replaced; I dropped it off on a Monday morning and had it back by Thursday afternoon. They even detailed my car! I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

This company is on my insurance list of repair shops they sent an estimate to my insurance company and when I went to set up repairs they said they would not work on it. Cuz it was to old then why bother with an estimate, waste of my time. My suggestion is don't go there
