Ron's Truck & Auto Repair

Got me right in and took good care of my truck..Saved money and time...my place from now on!! ????????

I had to use Ron’s Truck and Auto Repair in an emergency. I got stranded in Urbana while traveling from Iowa to Indiana. When I was speaking to Spence at the desk I clearly saw how busy they were. He advised that they would get to my car as soon as possible but there were several before mine. So I left my car and walked to get some breakfast. I wasn’t gone from the shop 30 minutes before I got a call that my car was looked at and the fix would take about 4 hours. I had nowhere to go so I headed back to the shop where I waited in their lounge area. I was prepared for a long boring wait but before I knew it my car was done! The work was accomplished in just over half the time I was advised, the price I paid was fair (I called a friend to verify this) and Spence even tried to save me a credit card service charge. Overall, if I had to be stranded somewhere I’m glad it was near Ron’s.

Ron's Truck and Auto does a great job keeping my personal vehicle and the fleet vehicles on the road. Always great with communication and we get in and out in a timely manner. Pricing the best in the area.
