I took my Caravan to Longs to try and extend the life of it a little bit longer before buying something newer. The team there listened to all my concerns and provided me with a thorough inspection of all the worn out items. Everything was explained to me very well so I felt like I could make an informed decision. After I gave them the go ahead on a very labor intensive job with a few parts they had me fixed up in two days for a very fair price. I've put about 50 miles on the van since pick up and I can tell that things are a lot smoother and I feel better about loading in my 4 kids. Longs will always have my business. Thank you all. My daughter took our car to Long’s for replacement of the tire sensors, an oil change, and tire rotation. We were told back home at the dealer that both of the back tires needed new sensors but we waited to fix them as the dealer was expensive. Long’s checked and only found one needed to be replaced and cost was very reasonable. Grated for their diligence and saving us $. Would highly recommend. When my car started having issues with its engine going into low power mode, I was very nervous to take it somewhere and get it looked at since I'm a woman without a lot of car experience. I took it to Long's and I'm so glad I did! They diagnosed the issue (leaky sunroof short circuiting things) and gave me a band-aid fix without charging me a dime! I took my car back later to get it fixed and the price was very reasonable, much lower than the original estimate. Super nice and respectful all around, can't recommend them enough!
