Illini Oil Change

Illini Oil had my car for three weeks, with very little communication about when repairs would be done. They had to order a radiator, but said it was misplaced by the people delivering it. They ordered a second radiator. They never apologized for the long wait and placed the blame on the company they ordered the part from, which is not the customer’s problem. Overall, Todd is knowledge and honest but they really need to work on customer service

I’ve been going here for years. I enjoy that it’s a small place and the mechanics remember you/your car. We’ve gotten tires and multiple oil changes, all positive experiences. Service: Oil change

I've brought my cars (Subaru, Toyota, and Honda) to Illini for 9 years now. Todd and Tony are always great and honest. Prices are fair and they've always honored their work. They do solid work here and have given me an incredible amount of free diagnostic work over the years. Thanks for being fair and reliable. It's much appreciated.
