I was able to get an estimate even though I did not have an appointment. Based on that, I was sold! The shop communicated with my insurance, and with me, effectively. I was able to get the car in to the shop and back out in a very fast timeframe. They took good care of my car and returned it to me looking great - in fact they tended to an issue that was not part of the quote but needed to be dealt with, and seemed happy to do it. The personnel at 5th Dimension Collision and Repair went over and beyond to repair my Mustang. Although the car is ten (10) years old, they understood the sentimental value that I placed on our vehicle. Aside from working with the insurance company they absolutely went the extra mile to repair/restore in a timely and professional manner. I CAN'T imagine why anyone would even consider using a different company! I will endorse this company and recommend them to family, friends and associates anytime that require this service. I had a great experience at Fifth Dimension! The staff were friendly and guided me through the process. They even gave me a loaner car for a day while waiting on my rental to get dropped off so my repairs weren’t delayed. The work looks good as new and they couldn’t have been better to work with!
