I highly recommend the Wilkerson’s Service Center! We were driving across country from Green Bay, WI to Austin, TX over the holidays (thanks Southwest Airlines for cancelling our flights) and unfortunately got a flat tire while in Springfield. We called Wilkerson’s to see if they could check our tire and they were extremely accommodating even while having a busy day. They were able to patch our tire quickly and had the best customer service!! THANK YOU!!! Service: Tires
Wilkerson's was able to correctly diagnose our car problems in a timely manor. This car had been to 3 different shops before and issues were not able to be identified or fixed properly. John was in constant communication with us on the findings and very professional in explaining everything to me so that I fully understood what was needing fixed and why.
Eveyrone I dealt with was very professional and kind. The tow truck driver arrived early got my car on the hook and asked If I needed a ride to the repair shop. He even stopped to give someone's car a jump!
