Was told an hour wait, wasn’t even started at the end of one hour. When I questioned the wait, service clerk got very defensive about it. She simply had to tell an hour plus instead of an hour. I would expect it to be at least started if told one hour. Funny how after I complained my vehicle was suddenly taken in. I believe they skipped my turn in rotation. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Service: Oil change
Very efficient and helpful. It turned out that I had a cracked rim. They held my spot, while I got a replacement & installed the 4th tire, as soon as I returned.
It took 3 hours for them to change 2 tire's and then they broke my lugnuts so I had to have them replaced I will never go back to that location every in my life???????????????????????????????????? Service: Auto tire replacement
