Several weeks ago, someone in the County Market parking lot hit my wife's Honda CR-Z in the rear bumper causing significant damage. Of course, no note was left, so we had to pay for the repair. I previously took my automobile to Phoenix for minor issues and was pleased with the service, so I brought in the CR-Z for an estimate. I was expecting $1000-1200; the estimate to repair the bumper cover was just over $900. If a new bumper cover was needed, it would cost more, but Matthew thought it likely could be repaired. Today we picked up the car, on time and at the estimated cost. I was General Manager in the 1990s of a large Springfield auto body repair shop, so I know what good repairs are. Matt, Tressa & Sandy provided excellent customer service! My car was damaged while parked in a local store lot, and I was able to get in touch with Matt right away. Thankfully, he was able to come to the site and helped get my car to his shop. He then gave me a ride to pick up a rental car, which he had already reserved for me.
