Midas

I was traveling through the Springfield area, when my exhaust broke apart on my car. I pulled into the mitis parking lot, and went inside to talk to the gentleman at the front desk. Explained to him what my situation was, and he said, let me pull your car in and get a look at it. After assessing the situation, 30 minutes later, I was back on the road. Excellent customer service for a person from out of town.

My muffler was banging the underside of my car so I called Midas to make an appointment on Stevenson because it was my closet shop the guy said bring it in and we’ll see if we can fix it now , when I got there they checked it out right away and apparently a bolt that held the muffler clamp had rusted out - they fixed it no charge and I was out the door in minutes. What a great place and a special thank you to Aaron White the manager . Friendly clean shop I would definitely recommend it !
