I have been talking my cars to Kim's for around 20 years, they've always do a great job. I have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous when dealing with me. At times when I have gone there they make me feel extra special, they are very attentive. We had lots of hail damage done to our 2020 Ram 1500. Kim’s made it so quick and easy when dealing with our insurance! They had our truck in and out in a week of making the claim! highly recommend
My truck had been struck while in a parking lot. Although it took 5 weeks to complete because of issues in getting parts, the work appears to be Outstanding. I am quite pleased. Also I am very thankful that they were able to lend me a loaner. I would absolutely use them again if I needed collision services in the future. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
