Misleading,no communication,will not return calls. No updates. Lies on when car will be done. If you have schedule to meet dont relie on this service. Unprofessional business.
A belt on my car broke on my through Springfield as I was heading to Chicago. JLR got me in on short notice and had me in and out that afternoon. I highly recommend. Great shop with very friendly people!
