Recalls for Doge Charger. Great Service Representative. Kind, informative, helpful and made sure I had a driver to and from work from Dodge. She was attentive, took care of ordering parts , called back to schedule appointment and was probably the most polite and professional Service Representative I worked with.

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and travel to Springfield area often for work. I've had nothing but great experiences at green Dodge. The service writers Steve and Jackson have always been super attentive to my needs and very respectful and polite. In today's world it's hard to find anybody that even wants to work. But I've always had good experiences at green Dodge. The service department has always been top-notch. That's why I tend to wait until I'm in the Springfield area to get my service or oil changed.
